Diamond State Iron was founded by Christopher Holland, Michelle Bowers, Jeremy Monaco and Heather Morris. We came together with the goal of building a gym that is not just a place to train hard and reach goals, but to also build a community and family of people who support each other through and through. We want to be the one stop shop for all things fitness, training, nutrition, and competition. At DSI your a name not a number and we want to welcome you to our family!
With years of training, working out and competing, we saw a need to do it better, we are not a fitness center. We are a true gym and try our best to go back to the old-school tried and true methods of body building. If you want change, we can help you reach your goals, and have a community of people who can support you regardless of what they are.
